Terms of Service for ScreenFuel

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vyze Tech LLP ("Vyze," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the ScreenFuel iOS app (the "App") and our website. By downloading, accessing, or using ScreenFuel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ScreenFuel.

1. Apple terms also apply

If you obtain ScreenFuel through Apple's App Store, your license is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and applicable App Store rules. These Terms supplement that agreement. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory Apple term, the mandatory Apple term controls to the extent of the conflict. Apple is not responsible for ScreenFuel or for providing support for it.

2. Who may use ScreenFuel

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or lawful guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. In India, a user under 18 must use ScreenFuel with authorization from a parent or lawful guardian where required by law.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ScreenFuel on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms and Apple's usage rules.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit ScreenFuel except as permitted by law;
• reverse engineer, bypass, tamper with, or defeat access restrictions or security controls except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use ScreenFuel to violate law, another person's rights, or the terms of a third-party service;
• introduce malicious code, interfere with ScreenFuel's operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any system; or
• misrepresent your relationship with Vyze or use our branding without permission.

5. Device permissions and local data

Some features require optional access to HealthKit step counts, Camera, Screen Time frameworks, notifications, or iCloud. You choose whether to grant those permissions and can revoke them in iOS Settings, although the related feature may stop working. Most ScreenFuel data is stored on your device or in your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for your device, Apple ID, backups, and any loss of local data caused by deletion, device failure, or changes outside our control.

6. Exercise, health, and safety

ScreenFuel is a productivity and general wellness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services and is not a medical device. Exercise carries risk. Use suitable space and equipment, follow any medical restrictions that apply to you, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise routine if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or are unsure whether an activity is appropriate.

7. Screen Time controls and alarms

ScreenFuel depends on iOS permissions, background behavior, device settings, Apple frameworks, network availability, and third-party services. App blocks, timers, rep counts, reminders, and alarms may be delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate. Do not rely on ScreenFuel as your only alarm, safety control, parental-control system, or method of accessing emergency communications. You remain responsible for verifying important alarms and keeping access to emergency services.

8. Social Lite and third-party services

Social Lite displays websites and services operated by third parties. Vyze does not own, endorse, or control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies. You are responsible for your accounts and activity on those services.

9. Purchases and subscriptions

If ScreenFuel offers a paid feature or subscription, the price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal terms shown in the App Store at purchase apply. Apple processes payment, cancellation, and refund requests under its rules. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the App does not by itself cancel a subscription.

10. Ownership and feedback

ScreenFuel, including its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content, is owned by Vyze or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. If you voluntarily send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

11. Updates, availability, and termination

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features for technical, security, legal, or product reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on every device or iOS version. You may stop using ScreenFuel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or if required to protect users, rights, or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenFuel is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise that ScreenFuel will change your habits, improve your health, or prevent all access to selected apps. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyze and its partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from ScreenFuel. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to ScreenFuel will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for ScreenFuel during the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Vyze against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of ScreenFuel, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not apply where the claim resulted from our own unlawful conduct or negligence.

15. Governing law and disputes

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules that apply where you live, these Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India. You may retain the right to bring a claim before another court or consumer authority where applicable law requires it.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to ScreenFuel, law, or platform requirements. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. If you continue using ScreenFuel after updated Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

17. General terms

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable Apple terms form the entire agreement concerning ScreenFuel.
